A Midsummer Night’s Tented Wedding at Chatham Bars Inn

Planner Allison Liset of Elegant Engagements of Cape Cod calls this wedding a Midsummer Night’s Dream, and we couldn’t agree more. Held on the South Lawn of Chatham Bars Inn under a 66′ x 86′ Sperry Tent with full chestnut floor, this wedding reception was all about romance. A lush, dripping ceiling installation by Lilacs Florals transformed the tent into a magical Shakespearean garden. Lighting by Ormonde Productions made the tent feel like a party after dark.

Additional details include a handcrafted 10′ x 20′ Sperry Arch entrance, a chic lounge area to encourage conversation and relaxation, and ducks! “Always wanting to infuse personality into every affair we produce, we added vintage duck decoys to the masculine bar crafted by True North Event Rentals,” says Liset. “They echo the groom’s obsession with all things waterfowl.”
